Nothing personal. But the site is For B Bodies. And interestingly the second naming of the Plymouth B Body as the Fury, lasted 4 years. Longer than the first time it was used. Dodge even called the exact same car a “Charger”.

Yes but a Gran Fury was a C body.
Which further confuses the issue.

The Satellite replaced the Fury as the top price class Plymouth B body for 1965. In 1975, the Fury replaced the Satellite for the refreshed sheet metal B bodies. Calling that same body a Charger was a stretch, but not as bad as calling the FWD 4 cylinder… Charger.

‘66 and ‘67 were both C-bodies, the C-body line started in ‘65 so technically 60 years ago now. As much as we love to have you here, if you have one of those I would consider joining up on ForCBodiesOnly.
For reference here is a ‘66….
‘67…..

They’re unibody. Even the D body Imperial went to unibody in 1967.

Dang that 67 rag is plain awesome! The parts manager at the dealership my brother wrenched at ordered a similar one, 4 speed, 383 4 barrel, it's just one of those cars that sticks out in my memory.

If you read my post...I was asking if the 66/67 fury " WAS a , B Body" because I was not sure. Becuase there were times the Fury was concidered a B body.

If we were to categorize, you would say 65/66 , or 67/68 Fury.

I wasn’t replying to you.
And yeah, also 4 years starting in ‘75 and ending in ‘78 the Plymouth B Body was called Fury.

I think a good question is: which was better ( or worse ) styled: this style Charger, the Charger Cordoba, the FWD Charger, or the LX 4-door Charger. Someone should do a poll.
