All I can say is that Advance Auto Parts is a great place,
They have a lot of stuff and at a very reasonable rate,
Got a lot more for my money, which we all know is great,
So now I can take her out and grab a nice steak.

Great service. The guy who was helping me is brand new, but the other guys were courteous and patient. Lots of questions so they didn't just assume they knew everything. Great group.

I needed a battery for my car and they were the only place in town that had one. I usually go to their compition because they are closer to me, but I have to say, I think I'll be shopping at Advance for my parts now. I like the website as it told me they had the part. That saved me a ton of time. When I got to the store the clerk was super nice, even though he just unlocked the door and wasn't really ready for customers. He asked me what I needed and I told him I already knew, but he wanted to double-check just to make sure I had the correct information. That was nice. He gets the battery and explained the warranty and core charge. He then checked the status of the charge on it and printed and explained what the test did. I came back later with the core and talked to someone else, but they were just as nice. Parking lot was nice and the store was clean.

Always greeted and asked if I need assistance as soon as I enter this store. The staff are mostly experienced and knowledgeable. I've gotten assistance many times that's gone above and beyond what they're required to do. A quick Google search usually results in coupon codes that you can use to order parts online for in-store pickup. Huge discounts without any shipping cost and they have your parts pulled and ready for you within half an hour of placing the order online.

I needed wiper blades for my wife's car it's been awhile since I changed any I asked the guys there they actually took a minute and showed me how but every time I'm in there they are willing to answer my questions.

Bought a few plugs and returned a starter core without the box. The rep reminded me to next time return the the core in the box I bought my new starter in. He was pretty friendly in reminding me of the core return policy.
