How do I know when my onlinereservation is complete?

Your online reservation is complete when youare prompted print your ticket receipt. Please print the ticketreceipt as indicated. Airblue ticket agents will need to scan thebarcode on that ticket receipt to check you in at the airport. Ifyou have held your reservation for payment, you must visit a paymentcenter to complete your reservation in person by the time/dateshown on your itinerary. The Airblue team member or payment centerrepresentative will then print your ticket receipt for you.

Where is the confirmationnumber displayed when I book online?

The confirmation number for a reservation isdisplayed on the itinerary and confirmation screen, which is displayedafter you click on the 'Pay Now with Credit Card' or 'Hold Reservation& Pay Later' buttons in your reservation process. If a copyof the itinerary was requested via email, your confirmation numberwill also appear in the body of that message.

If you need help with your reservation after purchasing travel onthe Airblue web site, please call us at 111-247-258with your confirmation number. One of our Airblue Travel Counselorswill be able to assist you with any changes you need to make toyour travel arrangements. If you do not have access to your confirmationnumber, please supply the Airblue Travel Counselor with the flightnumber of the first flight in your trip, the date of travel, andthe last name of the passenger.

Can I look up the confirmationnumber after I complete my online reservation?

You cannot look up your confirmation number onlineonce you leave our online reservation area and close your browser.Please make note of your confirmation number when it is displayedon the itinerary and confirmation screen. We have provided a printer-friendlyversion of your ticket receipt -- you must print this with the barcode to get your boarding pass at the airport.

How do I make changes tomy reservation after I purchase travel online?

You may not make changes to your reservationonline at this time. If you need help with your reservation afterpurchasing travel on the Airblue web site, please call Airblue reservationsat 111-247-258 with your confirmation number and creditcard information. One of our Reservations Sales Agents will be ableto assist you with any changes you need to make to your travel arrangements.If you do not have access to your confirmation number, please supplythe Reservations Sales Agent with the flight number or departuretime of the first flight in your trip, the date of travel, and thelast name of the passenger. In almost all cases, there will be afee assessed of up to Rs.300.

I cannot find Senior Citizen,Government, or Military fares in Ticketless Travel Online. Why not?

Passenger specific fares such as Senior Citizen,Government, and Military fares cannot be purchased through the Airblueweb site. You must call Airblue reservations at 111-247-258and inquire about any potential discounts.

Can I pay for travel onlineusing Airblue AirMiles?

Currently, you may only pay for Airblue travelby credit/debit card online. Please see our membershiprewards information about our AirMiles program.

What is the minimum timerequired between purchase and departure?

Currently, you must book your flight on Airblueat least one hour before scheduled flight time.

When I reserve a ticketthrough the Airblue web site, can I hold the reservation beforepaying for the travel?

Yes. If you wish to reserve a seat through theAirblue website, you may. Your reservation will be held for up to24 hours. You will need to visit any Airblue sales office or participatingpaymentcenter to make your payment in person. The representative assistingyou will print out your ticket receipt after the transaction.

Where do I enter my FrequentFlyer number when I make online reservations?

You may enter your Frequent Flyer Number whenentering your passenger information in our online reservation system.

How do I view round-tripflights and fares in Ticketless Travel Online?

1) You may go through the reservations processand cancel at any time. You will see a total fare for the datesand flights you selected before you cancel.
2) You may also view flights and all the fares listed for thoseflights by selecting "View Flights and Fares" from theReservations Main Menu. (To get there, click "Reservations"from anywhere on the Airblue website.)

How do I find out aboutAirblue Internet Specials?

Airblue Internet Specials are always announcedon the Airblue web site. When we are running a special that is onlyavailable on the Internet, we will display this information on thespecial offers page. Specialpricing will automatically be reflected in the fare informationin Step 1 of the reservation process. We may also notify those whohave signed up to receive email from us. Signup now!

You may not personally make any changes to yourreservation at this time via our website. Should you wish to doso, please call our Airblue Travel Counselors at 111-247-258.

What type of web browsershould I use to purchase travel online?

To view www.airblue.com and purchase travel online,we recommend you use a web browser equivalent to Netscape Navigatorversion 4.06 or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 or higher.The newest versions of these browsers can be downloaded from theNetscape or Microsoft web sites, respectively. America Online (AOL)users must use AOL version 4.0 or higher, which uses Internet Explorer.The browser you use must support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryptionand JavaScript. Disabling any of these features or using older non-compatiblebrowsers may reduce site functionality.

To determine which browser you are running,click on Help at the top of the browser and select the About menuitem that describes your browser. Please note that any "Beta"or "Preview" version of a browser may not properly workwith these pages. If you are using a beta or preview version, pleaseupgrade your browser to a previously released version of eitherNetscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Corporate access limitations:

If you are accessing the Airblue web site fromyour corporate LAN and you get an error message on the itineraryscreen, it may be because you are being blocked by a firewall. Althoughthe error message may read that Netscape Navigator is unable tofind the web server, it is most likely because your corporationhas a firewall which is preventing encrypted traffic from flowingfrom the Airblue web site back to you. Ask your system administratorto reconfigure the firewall to open port 443, which is the portused for secure HTTP.

I cannot get a screento load completely. Why not?

Your web browser cache may need to be cleared.Refer to the following table for information on how to clear thecache for your web browser. To determine which browser you are running,press the [Alt] and [H] keys on your keyboard at the same time whilethe browser is open. In the Help menu, select the About menu itemthat describes your browser.

I cannot type numbers onthe screen where I enter payment information. What causes this andhow can I fix the problem?

Your [Num Lock] key may not be activated. Eitheruse the standard number keys that appear above the letter keys onyour keyboard or press the [Num Lock] key on your keyboard and typethe numbers using the number keypad on your keyboard.

Why does my system "freeze"or close applications when I am trying to purchase travel online?

If you have several applications running at thesame time, your system resources may be overwhelmed, causing thesystem to "freeze" or automatically close certain neededapplications. The Airblue web site CANNOT "freeze" a Customer'scomputer.

How do you protect my creditcard information?

We use security applications and utilities toprotect your credit/debit card information. Our security applicationswork with most web browsers.

Two ways to verify your credit/debit card informationis being protected while purchasing on the Internet:
1. Look for an unbroken key or a closed lock in the lower statusbar of your browser screen.
2. Look at the address line (i.e.https://www.airblue.com ) at thetop of the browser screen change from "http" to "https"as you access the secure page.

Why am I getting a messageat the itinerary screen?

If you get an error message on the itineraryscreen (where the phrase "I accept these restrictions and wantto purchase this travel" is displayed next to a Continue button),it may be because you are being blocked by a firewall. Ask yoursystem administrator to reconfigure the firewall to open port 443,which is the port used for secure HTTP.
