I’m so excited about these To Do List Printable Sticky Notes! I’m not sure how any work ever got done before there were sticky notes. Sticky notes are the only way that my life has any structure and anything gets done.
For years now I’ve happily used plain old sticky notes. It occurred to me the other day that my life could be more organized and even prettily organized if only I could design my own To Do list sticky note.
First I figured out how to print on sticky notes (it’s easy with my tutorial). Then the idea captivated me and I designed a free Daily To Do List printable that can be printed on regular ol’ sticky notes on a regular ol’ printer. (Can you hear the excitement in my voice?!)
I can remember when sticky notes first came out (ummm, wasn’t that just a couple of years ago?) and it was revolutionary. Then sticky notes were produced in many different colors and sizes. And then they came out with lines printed on them. With each new feature I was the screaming, crying fan at an Elvis or Beatles concert. I was so excited.
Over the years I’ve found myself using printed To Do Lists that I created and printed out on printer paper combined with sticky notes. It occurred to me last week that what I need is a sticky note with my To Do List template on it. That motivated me to figure out how to print my own To Do List on sticky notes. I’m so giddy with how they turned out. I thought you might like using them, too. And they’re easy to print out with your own printer. Really.
Let’s jump in and make our own To Do list sticky notes. You’ll love how easy it is to do.
Supplies
3 x 3 inch Sticky Notes – These white sticky notes show off the pretty colors, but you can use any color of sticky note as long as it’s 3×3 inches.
Printer Paper – You only need one sheet and you can even use recycled scratch paper and save a tree.
Cellophane Tape

Print out the sheet with the box around the text. Use these boxes to line up the sticky notes. Cover each of the six template areas with a sticky note.
Add a small strip of cellophane tape to hold the bottom of each sticky note down while the sheet goes through the printer.
Be sure to place the sticky note paper in with the top of the paper up so that the To Do List text will print in the correct location on the sticky notes. Be careful feeding the paper into your printer so that the sticky notes don’t jam or damage your printer.Print the Daily To Do List without the boxes on your sticky note sheet. Simply remove the tape and then the sticky notes.
Voila! You now have Pre-printed To Do List sticky notes. Aieeeeeeeeee!
I write tasks down on my new To Do List sticky notes and then prioritize them with “1” being the more important tasks and “4” being the least important. You could also choose to prioritize them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and so on. I make sure I check each task off when it’s completed. Why use a To Do List if you don’t get the satisfaction of checking those items off?
I use these Daily To Do List Printable Sticky Notes in my Happy Planner. I also use them on my mirror, my fridge, my car dashboard, my Bullet Journal for Minimalists and anywhere else that I need a reminder. I can’t tell you how much using these Daily To Do Lists helps keep everything running smoothly for me and my family.
Do you use To Do lists? How about sticky notes? Would you use this Daily To Do List Printable for sticky notes? I encourage you to give them a try and I think you’ll love them as much as I do.
