🔋Electric Company Car Fleet🔋With the launch of our latest Sustainability Manifesto, we are pleased to report a saving of 60 tonnes of CO2e in 2022 by switching our company car fleet to electric vehicles.In December 2021, we replaced our entire company car fleet and installed 10 EV charging points at our Old Oak Sidings site in Willesden. Green combined train&truck transport across Europe.We are proud to partner with LKW WALTER Internationale Transportorganisation AG, a specialist in Full Truck Load transports and one of the largest providers of combined transport solutions in Europe. Using combined transport solutions, the truck trailer is loaded onto eco-friendly trains for long-distance travel across Europe. Only the transport between the start and end points, as well as the handling terminal, is conducted using a truck. This smart approach brings multiple benefits, including significant CO2 savings, less strain on roads, and supporting the transition to sustainable transportation.🌿 It's not just about the environment; it's also about creating a positive social impact. By minimizing long-haul journeys for truck drivers and eliminating overnight stays along the route, we ensure drivers can be back with their families every evening. It's a winning concept for everyone involved!🤝
