Today marks 10 years since passing of Mr. Stepan Gishyan, however his legacy remains a guiding light for us all. Those who knew him personally share the same sence of loss and pain we feel today, while it’s equally important for others to understand the profound impact he had on the Armenian banking system and Armenia as a whole. Mr. Gishyan shaped our collective identity, fostering qualities such as fairness, integrity, hard work and honesty. His simple phrase “we can do it” enabled us to achive unbelievable targets.Above all, he valued human aspect in everything. It is now our social responsibility to ensure that his legacy lives on by passing on these values to the next generation.
