Time investment for research made me go for it

As we all know, the internet is full of information in which we could simply compile the meal plans, the workouts, use YouTube to get the workout explanations and examples etc. I have spent quite a bit of time the past month or two researching after work, getting some meal plans together and trying to piece together a workout. I still never got to the point where I had a solid calendar, some daily workouts, and a full meal plan. Sure, I COULD have done it myself, but for the price of the program vs the time investment on my part to have to compile all this information myself in a presentable manner, it just made sense to pull the trigger.
