This caramel apple blondies recipe is perfectly soft and chewy and loaded with Caramel Apple Milky Ways!
So, apparently my kids have been sheltered and deprived and basically their lives just weren’t even worth living.
Blondies. They had no idea what a blondie was or why it was so magical.
You see, I have a thing for brownies. They’re fudgy and decadent and, most importantly, they’re chocolate. Especially when you stuff them with Nutella and the Internets go crazy and Pinterest calls them one of the top ten most pinned recipes of 2013. <—— That happened with this recipe.I’ll never stop talking about it.
I have a really bad habit of passing up the blondies for the brownies. But, then I heard talk that Mark Bittman’s blondie recipe from How To Cook Everything is basically the best thing ever and I had to try it. So, we’ve been eating blondies around the clock here in more ways than you can imagine.
Prepare to be bombarded with blondies recipes. First up, are these seasonally appropriate and outrageously gooey and delicious caramel apple blondies!
I took the perfect blondie base, added a hit of cinnamon, and loaded it up with the mini Caramel Apple Milky Way bars. I have a feeling these little candies will be hard to find after Halloween, so stock up now! If you can’t find them, just go for the regular Milky Way bars and try again next year with the caramel apple flavor. You can get them from Amazon too!
I think my favorite part of these blondies is how soft, chewy, and gooey they are! Also, hello, they’re so easy to make. You don’t even need a mixer. They’re made in one bowl with just a few ingredients that you totally have in your cabinet right now (except for maybe the candy bars, of course) and did I mention how soft and chewy they are?

This recipe was absolutely amazing, especially after I quadrupled everything to make them super thick in a 13×9 pan. However, I’m having some bizarre problem with the site in which I can’t adjust the servings meter anymore to accurately see how much of everything I’ll need when I quadruple this. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?Reply

Hey Nick! First, so glad you like the recipe…extra thick sounds extra tasty! 🙂
Second, could you share what device/browser you’re using so I can send to tech support and see if we can get that working properly. Appreciate the heads up on that!

Thank you for this great recipe. I did alter it a bit. I browned my butter, used dark brown sugar for half the amount, quartered the mini candy and doubled the recipe for a 9×13 pan. It was so very chewy and good. Making them again today.

LOVED these! Made them today and took to a pumpkin carving party – a HUGE hit! I did change one thing – I doubled the recipe as I was pouring the batter into the baking pan, it just didn’t seem like enough. Once I doubled the recipe it was perfect. I used 10 of the fun size bars. Thanks for the recipe!
