@comcastcares for the last month every day the services stop responding around 8-9 pm daily. internet stops working, cable gets stuck on the one channel and doesn’t respond to any commands. an hour later it somehow gets fixed and starts working. whole damn month. ridiculous!

@pulte I'm at the end of my rope. Took out loan for my wife's surgery and they took 2 payments this chk so I can only pay my car. Lights, water, Comcast, and car insurance will be off/cancelled. Not including I won't be able to get kids Christmas. Nvr needed help more than this year.

@chase_roper I teach online everyday with less than 25mbps (through Xfinity). Never once had an issue; been teaching online for over 3 years. I'm sure the program is helping some people.
